PRESENTATIONS AT THE 2014 CONFERENCE IN CANCUN

A word about file formats

All Power Point files are in .ppt format, meaning they are editable if you want to change the text of the presentation.  Some pdf files have videos in them and to view them some security warnings may have to be approved.

The same files are in pdf format which are MUCH smaller files but not editable unless you have Adobe Acrobat or another pdf editor.  The pdf files are configured to be read by Adobe Reader 9 or higher - if you do not have a version that high you can get a new one for free from Adobe.com.

Speaker's notes are included if part of the Power Point presentation.

A New Presentation Format - Prezi

Prezi is an on line presentation program used for the first time at this conference.  It is similar to Power Point but is much more animated.  Click HERE to learn how to use the program.
